A journey is like a marathon, not a sprint. We want to make sure that we are empowering you to consider and gather evidence based on your bio-individuality and your lifestyle.
Therefore we have broken our Nutritional Consultation in 3 phases to make it more digestible.

We assess and navigate with a 3-day food journal, client interview, and conduct a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) in order to make nutritional recommendations to balance body processes and achieve optimal wellness from a foundational holistic perspective.
Phase 2: The Lifestyle Blueprint
Your home, lifestyle, and business is at the center of your journey. You want to design your path by considering your current location (status) in order to get to your goal with benchmarks on the way. You want to activate these goals to be S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) and you want to determine the most important goal to narrow your path.
Phase 3: The Follow-up
The power of reflection is in embracing every victory along the way and determining what needs tweaking. The accountability in your path is to empower you and re-route. Every turn in your path, whether left or right, is part of your journey.
In the 30-minute session we will discuss your frustrations around diet and energy. You may be asking, "What does my energy level have to do with Nutrition?" or "I have tried every diet on the planet, nothing works!"
