Phase 1: Initial Consultation

Find out your body's nutrient deficiencies, what your body is lacking, which is causing you pains and symptoms. We assess and navigate with a 3-day food journal, client interview, and a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) in order to make nutritional recommendations to balance body processes and achieve optimal wellness from a foundational holistic perspective.

Phase 2: The Lifestyle Blueprint
