Week 3:

Your Workspace

Now that our home is optimized, we focus on our workspaces—crucial environments that shape our productivity and mindset.

How much time do we waste cleaning and organizing cluttered desks or files?

By creating designated "homes" for our belongings, we reclaim valuable time and mental energy, aligning our surroundings with our aspirations..

Week 4:

Your Outdoor Space

As we near the end of our journey, it's essential to remind ourselves of the resources we have outside our homes.

Whether you have a balcony like me, a deck in a small/large backyard or patio, or an indoor reading nook surrounded by windows and the view of the outdoors, you get to create a special space for yourself.

Consider the benefits of natural light that can improve your mood and focus while reducing stress and anxiety.

Dive deeper with optional livestream challenges sprinkled throughout the 28-day program. These challenges provide additional accountability and support.

These challenges are thoughtfully designed to be completed in just 15 minutes of your time, offering refreshing activities like enjoying music, getting some fresh air, or taking intriguing detours that will energize your mind and spark creativity

  • Four Saturdays are a total of six hours, one 20-minute 1-on-1 session and five 15-minute challenges are a total of seven hours a week.

    (1-on-1 sessions are OPTIONAL)

  • You are not required to attend the Monday through Friday livestreams. However, you are expected to complete the challenges to help enhance Saturday Sessions.

    For those who love challenges, join the livestreams, activate the challenges, and have a blast!

  • It is a money-back guarantee once you have applied the exercises in the four Saturday Sessions and used two weeks of your Journer.

    The request for a refund must be within two weeks of the end of the 28-day Journey.
